Clinic Policies
Cleaning & Disinfection Protocol
- All high-touch surfaces and patient contact surfaces cleaned regularly.
- All frames that have been handled by either patients for staff will be sanitized in commercial grade UV sterilizers

You have a fever, respiratory tract infection symptoms, or you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID.
Cancellation Policy
- Effective June 1, 2020, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with an Optometrist.
- We will be charging a $50.00 fee for no-show appointments or same-day cancellations.
