What you need to know

All individuals entering the clinic are required to wear a face mask.

Please attend your appointment by yourself.

In order to limit the number of people in the clinic at one time, it’s important that only family members having an exam enter the clinic. Siblings that are not booked for exams cannot attend.

In the case of a minor or child having an exam we request that they are accompanied by only one parent or guardian.

Optical services are now by appointment only.

If you require an optician’s or optical staff member’s help with choosing, ordering, or adjusting glasses/lenses on the day of your exam, please let us know ahead of time so that we can book an appointment for you with them.

Please do not come if:

  • You have been out of the country within the past 14 days.
  • You have a fever, any respiratory tract infection symptoms, or feel unwell.
  • You have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • If anyone in your household is feeling sick.

Cancellation Policy

  • Effective June 1, 2020, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with an Optometrist.
  • We will be charging a $50.00 fee for no-show appointments or same-day cancellations.
